CANCELLATION POLICY
Although each hotel and resort has a different cancellation policy, most
hotels in Goa do not allow cancellation on booking due to the high demand.
Please ensure that you are absolutely sure of your travel dates and requirements
before making a purchase. In case there is a cancellation due to unavoidable
circumstances, we will use our leverage with the hotels to refund the
payment made.
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons
– we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will
be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted
to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would
be able to recover from our suppliers of services i.e hotels/transporters
etc. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed
meals, guide services etc. there will be no refund.
In order to keep our tours affordable and provide proper notice to our
lodging partners, we must adhere to this timeline. After our refund deadline
has passed we cannot provide a refund for any reason, including circumstances
beyond your control such as weather-related travel delays, family emergency,
or injury. There is also no partial refund if you arrive late to your
tour, or depart early. Insurance agencies however, offer a full or partial
refund in many circumstances if you purchase travel insurance to cover
your tour
No-show and early check out
No-show (failure to check in without prior message or cancellation sent
to us) or early departure without prior notice to us is charged 100% of
room revenue.
Amendments:
An amendment to the original reservation can be made subject to the availability
of rooms. There will be a handling fee of 500 INR (approx. 12 USD) for
the amendment, except where this involves additional days or number of
rooms booked.
If the amendment results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay or
number of rooms), a handling fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded
equivalent to 5% or 500 INR (approx. 12 USD) whichever is greater. All
this is subject to confirmation from our partner hotels and will not be
binding on us.
Disputes If any arises between you and MyHoliday2Goa.com during your
use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation,
implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the Terms and Conditions,
the dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent
and neutral third party identified by MyHoliday2Goa.com The arbitration
proceedings shall be in the English language. The Terms and Conditions
shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
